DESCRIPTION:The event is an opportunity for the electrochemistry &amp\; syn
 chrotron communities to meet and discuss x-ray based in-situ/operando tech
 niques.\n\nThe aim of the workshop is to create a space for synchrotron us
 ers with different interests and degrees of experience to share their expe
 rtise and their vision on the use of Synchrotron-based techniques for appl
 ied and fundamental problems in electrochemistry.\n\nThe event will not be
  focused on a single technique or on a specific electrochemical topic\, it
  will instead be open to a broad community and will aim to create a stimul
 ating environment for discussion and exchange.\n\nIn addition\, the worksh
 op will be an opportunity for users of the electrochemistry community to s
 howcase their research.  \n  \nThe event will take place at Jesus College\
 , in Oxford. The venue is located in the centre of Oxford\, and it is easi
 ly accessible by public transport.\n\nWe are currently welcoming submissio
 ns for abstracts for both oral presentations and posters. We encourage you
  to submit an abstract which can cover any area\, field or technique withi
 n the synchrotron electrochemistry area. \n\nOral presentation deadline:
