La ficción audiovisual y el Pueblo Viejo de Belchite : un prototipo museológico e interactivo para la memoria
This Final Degree Project analyzes the dichotomy between the heritage reality and the cinematic representation of the Old Town of Belchite. Through the lens of screen tourism, it investigates how the film industry has used this historical space not only as a backdrop but also as a semiotic tool capable of constructing or diluting the identity of a territory. The main objective is to evaluate the impact of audiovisual productions on the perceived image of the destination. To this end, interviews are conducted with local managers, tourists, and residents of Belchite; an analysis of the audiovisual content of selected pieces is carried out, including film and television productions as well as the town’s own short film competition, “Belchite de Película”. This research culminates in the development of a museum prototype proposal that integrates hypermedia elements and aims to preserve memory with a pedagogical foundation, using audiovisual fiction. This proposal emerges as an innovation to diversify the range of tourism products offered by Belchite.
