PaN-Space User Documentation

PaN-Space is the integrated user environment of the PaNOSC EOSC Node. It is built on the open-source HELIPORT platform and brings data discovery, project management and remote analysis together in a single, FAIR-aligned interface.

This guide follows the typical user journey: from signing in, through the dashboard and your projects, to searching for data and running analyses. Each section can be reached directly from the table of contents on the right.

The typical workflow at a glance:
* Sign in with your federated identity (PaN AAI / eduGAIN).
* Open your dashboard and create or select a project.
* Configure your project: properties, members, contributors and tags.
* Search for and collect data sets from PaN-Finder and connected repositories.
* Use the training materials to learn the platform and its workflows.
* Run your analysis in a remote analysis environment such as VISA.
* Manage your account and profile, including API tokens for programmatic access.
