SOLEIL DISCO (Dichroism, Imaging, mass Spectrometry for Chemistry and biOlogy) beamline from sample preparation to data analysis.

DISCO is a VUV to visible beamline dedicated to biochemistry, chemistry and cell biology. The spectral region is optimised between 60 and 700 nm with conservation of the natural polarization of the light.

DISCO offers two experimental end stations to the scientific communities: SRCD (circular dichroism using the synchrotron light) and VUV imaging.

DISCO is also a part of HelioBio.
The HelioBio section at SOLEIL, being strongly inter-disciplinary and also at the junction where scientific measurement and project meet,
is a natural focal point for the development of innovative methods in order to help advance the most difficult « external user » research.
