to: Take your skills to the next level and register for this course which focuses on how to develop Python scripts and plugins in Avizo. You will practise on real case studies and learn how to automate a workflow on multiple images, transform Avizo objects into Numpy arrays (and vice versa), extend Avizo functionalities with powerful Python tools such as Simple ITK, and develop your own plugin. The training is organised in two parts: Python scripting in Avizo (1 day) and development of Avizo Python module (1 day). At the end of the second day, the users are invited to practise on their own dataset with the help of the trainers.
Course fees
Each 2-day course costs £400 + VAT for academics, students, postdocs & government / £800 + VAT for Industry attendees.
If you wish to sign up for any of these training courses, please contact Sarah Batts at sarah.batts@manchester.ac.uk. Courses generally fill up very quickly and places are allocated on a first come first serve basis. If there is low attendance, a course may be cancelled with a month’s notice.
